How To Disable Windows 10 Password Lock Screen
* Please try a lower page number.
* Please enter just numbers.
* Delight try a lower page number.
* Please enter only numbers.
Hi Jigknot
Click your Start Push, type netplwiz and hit Enter
In the resulting dialog, uncheck the pick 'Users must enter a user proper noun and password to use this computer box'
Provide your full login details (Email . etc)
Click OK
If the above does not work for y'all:
Open up the Settings App
Become to Accounts - Sign-in Options
Choose to sign in with a local account
(in newer versions of Windows 10, this might exist on the Your Info Settings Folio)
Enter your old password and go out the new password box blank
Close the Settings App

In the resulting dialog, uncheck the option 'Users must enter a user name and countersign to employ this estimator box'
Provide your total login details (Email . etc)
Click OKIf the above does not work for yous:
Open the Settings App
Go to Accounts - Sign-in Options
Choose to sign in with a local account
(in newer versions of Windows 10, this might be on the Your Info Settings Page)
Enter your quondam password and leave the new password box blank
Shut the Settings App
hello, it was not asking for my former password rather, it wants to fix a new password in which I ignored simply this happened

Are you using the second pick when this happens, please explain where y'all are in the process, that looks similar you lot are still in a Microsoft Account, which will have a minimum password length . . .

yes I am doing the second choice. the showtime pick does not have a tick box of 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer box'
i only went to settings and my info. i am currently logged in my microsoft business relationship which is likewise my ane and admin account. should i log out first? and how? thanks

Does that process not allow you to keep without inbound a new password?
If non, enter a new password, then go back to netplwiz and see if that choice to not require a countersign has shown up . . .
